Can I see it before I order?
Yes. Try our 3D designer to preview your logo on the product, then we send you a free digital mockup within 24 hours to approve. Nothing is made until you approve it.
Can I get a physical sample?
Yes. You can buy a single engraved sample on any product page, so you can hold it before you place a bulk order.
Can you engrave each person's name?
Yes — names, vehicle numbers or IDs on every piece. We'll ask you to approve the name list in writing before engraving.
Do prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST, and we provide a GST invoice.
How do I pay?
A 50% advance confirms a bulk order; first-time orders are paid fully in advance.
Can you print in colour?
Our laser engraving is single-tone and permanent. For full-colour logos, ask us — we can arrange it.
How long does it take?
Usually 5–10 working days after you approve the mockup, depending on quantity. We'll confirm a date before you order.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We ship by courier across India and share tracking on WhatsApp.
What does delivery cost?
Bulk orders over ₹2,000 ship free. Smaller orders under ₹2,000 (like a single paid sample) have a flat ₹99 delivery charge.
Can I return a personalised item?
Engraved items are made to order, so they can't be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or with a mistake on our side, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it free. See our refund policy.
